Desire Child Care Organization is growing, and we are welcoming applications for both of our boards.

The Advisory Board

Open to anyone, anywhere in the world

The Advisory Board advises and supports Desire. It holds no governing authority, which is why anyone from anywhere in the world can join it. It is chaired by Rev. Rabbi Henry-Cameron Allen, OCP, ICGC.

We are looking for dedicated supporters to take on three roles:

  • Fundraising Campaign Coordinator
  • Sponsorship Coordinator
  • Social Media Manager

The Board of Directors

Open to Ugandan citizens

The Board of Directors governs Desire Child Care Organization, and it is being formed now. Desire is a registered Indigenous NGO in Uganda, and under Ugandan NGO law every member of its Board of Directors must be a Ugandan citizen.

If you are a Ugandan citizen with the heart and the skills to help guide Desire, we would be glad to hear from you.
